Willow - Could you please share with us how long you have played Ultima Online?
Xenai - This account is 65 months old and this was my first character
Willow - wow, a month older than mine!
Willow - *chuckles*
Xenai - :) I have one that is older but I didnt make it
Willow - how much older?
Xenai - let me look
Willow - ok
Xenai - 71 months
Willow - wow, so that is a beta account
Xenai - aye its very old
Xenai - characters are worthless on it tho, they never did anyting with it
Willow - *nods*
Willow - when you got that account, did it have some after beta goodies?
Xenai - no, it was pretty stripped
Willow - ack thats no fun!
Xenai - I think they were using it for ebay
Willow - ahhh ;(
Xenai - there are characters on every shard, none developed
Xenai - they are named A, B, C, D etc

Willow - Ok, the next question is a bit personal, if you don't wish to answer, that is fine.
Willow - Where do you live in real life?
Xenai - Liberty Lake Washington
Willow - cool and I bet it is cool there about now?
Xenai - just out of Spokane on the Idaho border
Xenai - bout 32 and drizzling:)

Willow - ok, can you tell me what sort of occupation /study you are involved with outside of the game?
Xenai - :) Im a front end manager for Albertsons
Willow - What type of store is that?
Xenai - its the second largest grocery chain in the states
Willow - wow, sounds like a busy busy job!
Xenai - they have I think 2,400 stores
Willow - wow!
Xenai - this is only one small one in the group:)
Willow - Tell me something
Willow - in your line of work, do you ever run into *griefers* as we know in uo?
Willow - and do you think that to yourself?
Xenai - :) oh yes
Xenai - but we call them drunks
Willow - haha

Willow - what spell do you ever want to use on them?
Willow - *chuckles*
Xenai - hehe Para would work great:), then a hand cart to push them out the door

Willow - What shards do youo play on?
Xenai - only Pac
Willow - *nods*

Willow - What do you enjoy the most about Ultima Online?
Xenai - ;) thats easy
Xenai - the freinds I have made here

Willow - can you tell us what type of skills youor main character has?
Xenai - Xenai is a mage archer
Willow - awesome
Willow - havent tried that combo yet !

Willow - What changes have you made over the course of time with your characters?
Xenai - ;) with Xenai?
Willow - aye
Xenai - She began life as a smith
Xenai - then tried tailoring but found she pricked her fingers way too often so she took up the sword, trouble with the sword is it splatters nasty things on you so she slowly improved her magery. She took up archery to compliment the magery since she could no longer wear armor
Willow - Hrmm, very interesting.
Willow - *applies that to some of my own characters*

Willow - Ok, what do you like the least about Ultima Online?
Xenai - hmm least
Xenai - lag,
Willow - ah how true!
Xenai - crashes
Willow - *nods*

Willow - Mylady, which facet do you call home to, Trammel or Felucca?
Xenai - Tram now.. of course I was born in Fell
Willow - Do you miss the old days at all?
Xenai - truthfully yes
Willow - *nods*
Willow - what do you miss the most?
Xenai - Having that corp por rise up out of the brush behind you added a certain rush that tram life misses
Willow - heh how true!

Willow - Which city have you chosen to take up as your hometown?
Xenai - :) I have always lived in Britain
Willow - ahh, britian is too laggy for me!
Xenai - I love the hustle and bustle of life there
Willow - heh it is at that!

Willow - Mylady, can you share with us your earliest memory of playing Ultima Online?
Xenai - :) running through the woods west of Britain trying to avoid a wolf
Willow - *laughs*
Willow - that was your new player experience?
Xenai - I made the mistake of tweaking his ears and he took exception to it
Xenai - I was mainly a miner
Xenai - and the ore thieves were a nightmare then

Willow - Have you had the chance to utilize the young player for yourself?
Xenai - No
Willow - you should try it mylady
Xenai - I have never used the young player feature
Willow - it is most interesting.
Willow - its far different from when we started out
Xenai - I have heard that it is good
Willow - heck, if we had 1000 gold back when we started, we would have been rich indeed!
Xenai - :) yes, we started with some clothes and 100 gp
Willow - *nods*

Willow - Would you consider yourself a pvp, pvm, or role player type person?
Xenai - mainly pvm I would say with a very small touch of RP
Willow - *nods*
Xenai - for ages my conection was way to bad to consider PVP
Xenai - I was lucky if I could outrun them, let alone outfight them

Willow - Ok, well, I have done some homework on your guild, Guardians of Light, and I see that your number one in the listings for guilds with 222 members
Willow - Would you please talk about your beginning and how your guild started and how it got so large?
Xenai - :)
Xenai - I was asked by Leo to join a small guild he was in the Dark Arrow without telling anyone about it, the GM declared war on another guild
Willow - uhoh
Xenai - several of us walked into Britain to trade one day
Xenai - and found ourselves being slaughterd
Willow - Ouch!
Xenai - We were very angry with the GM there were only about 6 of us on the stone
Xenai - we decided to make our own stone, there were five of us:) later the gm joined us too:)
Willow - cool!
Xenai - It was me, Unholy Warrior, Leo, smitty
Xenai - oh drat me and my lousy memory
Willow - heh
Xenai - ahh
Xenai - Bjorn Froehammer
Xenai - we made Bjorn the GM since he had run a stone before
Xenai - I was the second in command
Xenai - Poor Bjorn was tearing his hair as I drug in people from everywhere to join us:)
Xenai - from being five person guild I took us to number 5 on Pac
Xenai - Bjorn was/is in the service and was shipped overseas
Willow - Sounds like a lot of hard work involved there! and lots of dedication!
Xenai - when he returned to the states he didnt return to UO, leaving us without a gm
Willow - ahhh
Xenai - We got another stone, and moved everyone to it
Xenai - Thus was born the GoL

Xenai - Unholy no longer plays UO
Xenai - Bjorn is playing DAoC
Xenai - but Leo Smitty and I are still in UO and in GoL

Xenai - :) hmm Can we request town and blessed status from OSI?
Willow - ahh I wish that possible!
Xenai - our little conclave has gained one more home

Xenai - We still have the original Black Arrows Den
Willow - oh? where is that at?
Xenai - it is on Artic Isle near the northern mining cave
Willow - Oh, before we close, I heard of your next event being of a Christmas event, would you share with us your plans?
Xenai - This has been an annual event now for the past three years
Willow - *smiles*
Xenai - LoB and GoL have worked together on this and its a lot of fun
Xenai - everyone donates gifts and makes things
Xenai - On the chosen night the elves will distribute the gifts to everyone on the shard that they can find
Willow - Sounds like lots of fun!
Xenai - it definitly is:)
Willow - Do you have any objections of Ianstorm covers this event?
Xenai - We would be honored to have them there
Willow - ok sounds like a plan!
