Estate House: Customized Plot
18x18 (17x17 usable area) 3 story plot (4 with a walkable roof)

The DeThraven - Blackheart Estate is located in Malas north east of Luna (sonoma) right behind the vendor shop also show on the site. At one time it was built out of villa walls, but to match the shop it was also changed to brick and it seems to have created the atmosphere the villa walls just could not. There is a stable and smithy outside, a general living area, dining, and pantry inside. The wood floor made separating rooms easy with the framed pieces, the arches allows the dining to be more open even in the smaller space. Since I wanted the space on the second floor for complete rooms I used teleporters instead of stairs.

The second floor entrances are from the porches. The porches are lined with railing which make the estate more refined looking. Both bedrooms cater to their occupants, while one has a tinker/mage the other has two warriors. Each room has baths offset by tile and framed by the wood flooring. The tile was chosen to compliment the walls and not be too over bearing on the eyes or detract from any decore that would be added. Each floor has a teleporter to the living area and the roof.

The third floor is the owners suit and reflects their importance in space. The focal point of the room was the large bed and I used the framed wood pieces to set it from the rest of the space, though the decor is not yet totally settled in this room. There is also a small section for a nice open air breakfast or late dinner dining. The villa full windows makes the room section and eating section have a solarium feel and fits well with both the wood flooring and brick walls. The bath is again offset with the same tile and framed by the flooring.

The focal point of the roof is the waterfall. I planned out the space by subtracting the pieces before I finished designing so I could place dirt for the plants and outline the water with stone. The railing give it a cape cod style and the water draws your eye through the entire garden. The colors chosen for the plants are the same that reverberate through most of the house which happen to be the owner Lady Sapsar's knight colors before she retired. The front brick short wall holds in the water and the grey rattan pieces allows access to both sides of the garden. What is not seen is that all the pieces of waterfall and rushing water where one can not see is lined under with swamp tile instead of water to allow you to walk inside the falls and across the small rushing water pieces to place any items you wish for decor in it later. The only problem was the center piece that now holds an elephant ear, it was originally designed to hold the villa mini, but they are seen as stairs by the system and will not allow mini's to be placed there. In the future I may replace that tile, but for now the log cabins give somewhat of the feel I had intended with just the villa in the center. The whole house not only fits with the shop in front, but the porches fade back a tile all the way up give it a pleasing line. The use of railing instead of fencing give it a more sophisticated look so it comes out an estate type home instead of a ranch.
