DeThraven Family Enterprises: Customized Plot
14x12 (13x11 usable area) 3 story plot (4 with a walkable roof)

This entire structure is a vendor shop. I separated the smithy as I did in one of the renders but since we do not have inside platforms I just used the stone and walls to create the same effect. The brick afforded me the opportunity to have a relaxed atmosphere and still provides some elegence with the arches. The arches also give the feel of openess. The first floor is has vendor areas for carpentry, tinkering, smiths, and two rare vendors. There is still room for expansion. The wood floors accented the brick and also allows me to use its various pieces to create floor designs. Public teleporters go to the third floor and the roof I put books there labeled for shoppers to know what is on the floor it takes them to.

The second floor is a private area. It offers space to store items for the vendors and a work area. Someone who would need this area to live in could add a bed and other things they wished. I kept the wood floors throughout out and also made a design with the corner pieces to which I decorated around.

The third floor is a tailor and scribe/alchemist shop. It is more cluttered as I decided that both types of vendors would be a bit more messy. There is room for another tailor vendor as I expand the shop.

The roof is unique from the rest of the design as I put the garden vendors and plant nursery there. The use of the villa type all windows gives a slight greenhouse effect which you will see more evident in another design. There is some room to actually grow plants and sell them. The corner will hold a fishing vendor unless I need the area for another plant vendor.

The whole design keeps the same line all the way up. The arches gives it a very airy feeling. The simplicity will not overwhelm the shoppers. There is a reason why the shop is built smaller and more to the left as it climbs floors. You can make this same design more centered, but I placed this shop right in front of my home and wanted a way to save my front lawn, as well as match the same wall tiles so players could tell they belonged together. Simple, elegant, casual, and open.
