Housing Design Examples: #9 Large Marble
14x13 (13x12 usable area) 2 story plot (3 with a walkable roof)

The large Marble is a great building with lots of space. Many people use them for weddings and such functions, so I designed an entire wedding center. The first floor is the chapel/ceremony area. The colums make it more elegant and provide a base for the upstairs. The focal point is the altar backed by an elaborate design of stairs. The lock downs for this area are very few because of the way it was the designed. It spacious, elegant, and will really enhance any size wedding.
The second floor offers a nice open feel, yet it has a few rooms. There is a bedroom area for the owner/proprietor, also an office area, and either a changing area or boutique. It just has alot of taste in design and also is not a great lockdown hog. The black tiles represent the tiles you need open for the stairs from below. I used a non walk-through vase to keep visitors from falling down the stairs.
The top floor is the banquet/reception area. Dinning, dancing, and even a small sitting area. The sitting area can be reworked to have a small fountain and some benches/flowers if the owner chooses. The lock downs are more then those on the previous floors, but still not many with the use of floor tiles to partition areas. This will free up space for a few chests to be used for food items and clothing to be sold with the reception/wedding planning.
The entire building works well together. The open chapel area is very inviting, and the lines look elegent and professional. Anyone can run a complete wedding center from this design, your imagination is the only limit to what can be offered.
