The brick is often used for public buildings and guild houses. I took the guild design and reworked it to a full functioning guild house. The first floor layout allows for the space to be used as a work areas for the guild, a training area, and a council meeting room. There is also a private bedroom for the GM or house holder/stewart.

The roof area has alot of spaces for many functions. Knightings, meetings, even weddings can be held in the ceremonial area where the stone is located. The table can be used for meetings, feasts, or just a guild get together. The small garden area is also a nice informal place for get togethers or just relaxing and chatting.

The whole house fits together with nice lines. It still is very square, but makes use of all the available space. The alcove allows a guild to diplay its colors or perhaps an item or two that represents the guilds precepts.
